COACHING OPTIONS.

ONLINE COACHING

Get coached by Lil from anywhere in the world! Work collaboratively with your coach to develop a program that will help you achieve your goal whilst fitting in with other life commitments.

WHEN YOU SIGN UP:

  • 1 on 1 goal-setting call - talk about your situation and create a SPECIFIC, ACHIEVABLE goal. Identifying your ‘why’ behind your plan and what success will look like for you.

  • Introductory video - personal video explaining your plan, what to expect over the agreed period and outlining everything that you will need to do

  • Weekly resistance training program + cardio prescriptions (if discussed)

WEEKLY:

  • Direct contact with coach, mid-weekly check in conversations to make sure everything is going well + give you the chance to ask for support if you need more

  • Weekly check in form - complete on Fridays and receive a video from Lil talking through your form, giving you actionable solutions for any problems you may face, and celebrating the small wins!

  • Weekly planning form - complete every weekend to plan your week and reduce overwhelm. Plan ahead if you have events coming up. Intentionally organise your workouts around life commitments.

  • Access to Everfit App - everything is in one place for your convenience. The app will allow you to tick off your workouts as you do them, give you a rest timer, track your progress over time, upload Progress photos + weight, upload your meals in your Food Diary, text your coach + more…

Why it works:

As a coach, it is my mission to provide you with the resources and support to succeed in your chosen goal. I don’t just give you your program and disappear. I check in on you regularly to keep you accountable and answer any questions you may come across. We intentionally touch-base multiple times per week to ensure you feel supported and able to approach me with any questions you may have.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Gain confidence in the gym with face-to-face coaching. Learn how to perform movements with correct form to train efficiently and safely.

Face-to-face sessions will be taken at Fitstop Burleigh in a private space which is perfect if you are not comfortable in a commercial gym space just yet!

Discuss your goals, training and nutrition questions in person during your in-person session

1 x 50 minute session - $75

BLENDED

Get 24/7 help with your training and nutrition with online and F2F coaching combined!

Train with me once or twice per week, then receive full app access with a training program and nutrition advice tailored to your goal.

Lily will push you to work harder in your sessions and educate you about training intensity.

8 Weeks Blended: 1 F2F session/week + Online Program
