“The work I have done with Lil has been the backbone of achieving huge personal transformational goals in my life this past year (body, mind & spirit). From the beginning she respected my goal to find a coach and a wellness routine that believed in flexibility and personal alignment. She respected that I didn’t want to track calories due to historic challenges and actually her knowledge and guidance based off my food photos taught me more about nutrition and fuelling than any other person has. TEGAN

WIN: PERSONAL BEST - 3 CONSECUTIVE PULL UPS

Tegan has been following specific programming to improve her pull-up strength so that she can rep them out comfortably.

After fuelling her body properly and following her programming for 4 weeks, she can now do 3 pull ups!! Excited to see how many she can do at the end of this phase ...

LILY

WIN: FIRST TIME SEEING BODYWEIGHT BELOW 62KG!

After a body recomp phase Lily has established a great baseline and we have now initiated a deficit with a goal of fat-loss with muscle retention. Lily has lost 2kg in 3 weeks and was able to feel confident on her recent trip to Hawaii! Keep up the good work queen x

LILY

WIN: FIRST EVER PULL UP (FOR REPS!?!?!)

Lily has been ticking all her boxes consistently for weeks. She has been doing pull ups with a band and progressing by choosing lighter bands as she got stronger. WE also included heavy lat pulldowns and hollow holds (core exercise) to help build the upper body + core strength to progress to a bodyweight pull up. Such a huge milestone to be proud of!
